This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed ! This house is the calm Holiday in the French countryside incarnate, but at 5 minutes from the city of Limoges with every activities, shops and restaurants you could need. The garden is pleasent to stay at home and eat outside. If you want visiting the region, it is also perfect to have a calm house where you can sleep, cook and have a shower without beeing contrain by hotel hours. All the house is accessible for you except the garage. Of course, if you need something or have an emergency you can contact me or Florence.
