This large detached family house is surrounded by a mature garden, with lawn, patios and ample off road parking. The house is generously proportioned and sleeps 8 to 10 plus cot. Situated in a quiet residential road, less than half a mile from Dartmoor, a 5 minute walk from local shops, cafe, takeaways and pub and only a short drive to Tavistock, world heritage town and the city of Plymouth. Walking and exploring in this beautiful area is a real treat and you can bring your four-legged friends. I am contactable by phone and can come over if necessary but am about an hour's drive away Yelverton is a great place as a base for your holiday. It's quiet but has lots of amenities nearby and it's easy to get to Plymouth, the south Devon coast, the World Heritage town of Tavistock and Dartmoor. Yelverton is just off the main A386 between Plymouth, Tavistock and heading to North Devon. The B3212 heads into Dartmoor National Park
