Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, students or business travelers. STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTY Entrance is via the driveway on the side of the main house, once you go down past the driveway, you will see a building covered in beautiful green vines. Walk to the side with an outdoor roof, and you will see the entry. There is unlimited free parking on the street. Each room is fully renovated with a professional designer, it boasts a stylish quaint twist which brings a very relaxing atmosphere, and we are sure you will love it here! THE GRANNY FLAT: This private, boutique granny flat is a modern home with a stylish design just 1-minute walk from Carramar station. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, students or business workers. THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA: We understand that guests may sometimes want to cook, so we have provided a simple kitchen that is always ready if you wish to prepare basic things. There is a fridge, microwave, small stove top, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a medium-sized dining table perfect for any eating needs. The washing machine for clothes is also located in the kitchen area. THE BATHROOM: There is 1 modern communal bathroom for you, our guests to use. The bathroom comes fully equipped with a shower, essential amenities, basin, drawers, mirror-cabinet, ventilation, and a toilet. THE OUTDOOR HANGOUT AREA: This is the part of the house where guests may go outdoors to have a cigarette, get some fresh air and/or eat/drink outdoors while enjoying the scenery. It has an outdoor table and bench seats which can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, a clothesline rotary for all your basic drying needs and a lake which you may take a walk to but please do not swim in it. The outdoor area is located at the back of the property and is a shared area with the main house (separate guest(s)). KEEP QUIET after 10 pm, no loud music, conversations or devices allowed. Please be respectful of others and only whisper after 10 pm. All lights out in common areas before midnight.
