Seperate Garden room,ensuite& patio with parking

For those who want a bit more privacy our Garden Room is separate to our home, its across the garden. It has an ensuite, TV, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge & patio area. All bedding is 100% cotton & a duck down/feather duvet. Smart TV with access to Netflix & Prime. 15 mins to Cork Airport, 5 mins to Ringaskiddy Ferry, Monkstown & bus to city (30 min) is 5 mins walk. The Cottage is set on a quiet country road but with the advantage of being near most amenities. Our home is set on 1/4 acre & the Garden Room is across the garden from the cottage giving guests plenty of privacy. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy afternoon tea & enjoy the sunshine, if you're lucky enough to get it in Ireland. Netflix & Amazon Prime available. There is a small shop & lovely local bar at the top of the road. (5 mins walk). Guests will have access to their bedroom, their bathroom & the garden. Basic breakfast ( teas/coffee, toast &cereal provided). Microwave provided if you need to cook. All towels , toiletries & bedding will be provided. Myself or my husband will usually be there to greet you and show you around but if we are not available you can park at the front of the house. Let yourself into the back garden & the room will be open & ready for you. Just ensure to keep the side gates closed to keep the (friendly) dog in. Very convenient for * Last stop before the Ferry Port (5 mins drive) * Nearby marina with boat harbour tours * Currabinny Woods is only a 10 minute drive away. * Award winning restaurant " The Bosun" is only 5 min drive * Two golf courses within 10 mins drive *The Titanic Experience in Cobh is simply a 10 min ferry ride away Bus Stop is a five minutes walk up the road. The bus (no 223) can take you to the City Centre in about 30 minutes. Small local shop is 5 minute walk, otherwise supermarket is 10/15 minutes drive. Garden room has a lockable front door
