Fully outfitted, completely separate apartment on the lower level of a private home in Culpeper VA with own entrance. Tempurpedic Queen Mattress .Walk to historic downtown area, restaurants, breweries, indoor climb, movie theater & retail. Close to wine trail, Commonwealth Park & Blue Ridge Mtns. Fenced yard with grill. LGBT Friendly. Well behaved pets, FLEA & TICK free, healthy, are welcome to stay but not be left alone for long. Property is 100% smoke/drug free. No parties. NO EXCEPTIONS. The bedroom sleeps two but there is a couch in the apartment that can sleep one additional person. There is Wifi but no TV. There is an option of adding on a large room with pool table, giant screen TV and sleep sofa for up-charge of $50 per night. You will find those details in the other listing, Aron’s Place Plus. Maximum number of people in apartment is 3. The apartment is self contained. For an additional fee we can include a large den with big screen tv, pool table and sleep sofa/bedding. You have a completely private space with a separate entrance. I work during the day, M-F, but will be home early morning and evening and available to chat with guests after work should any issues arise. I can be as present or absent as you wish. I am also a marriage celebrant for the Commonwealth of Virginia. If you are eloping to VA, I can help you tie the knot. Quiet residential neighborhood in a small town of approximately 15 thousand people. Church across the street adds a little Sunday traffic on the street and their bells chime on the hour. Main Street is 1.5 blocks away and sometimes noise carries, particularly the sounds of sirens. You may hear the train come through if you listen carefully. There is a park with walking distance with exercise stations, biking/ strolling trails, tennis/bb courts and lots of nature, all within 1/4 mile. Independent Retail Shops, great restaurants and two micro breweries are all within walking distance. Fast food and big box stores require a car for the most part. There are several restaurants with delivery service. If you are interested in wineries, we are in the center of one of the world’s top ten wine destinations. We have parking for one standard vehicle on the driveway. There is also street parking. There is some public transportation, trolley, limited cab and uber service. Amtrak has a station downtown within 1/2 mile. This is a perfect town for easy access to wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment all within walking distance of the apartment. There is not a TV in the apartment that is listed as Aron’s Place. TV is available with the add-on option of the pool room/den (Aron’s Place Plus). There is WiFi access. The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is a full size oven and refrigerator. I have two yappy dogs and two cats. You may hear them periodically. I am a marriage celebrant in the Commonwealth of Virginia, just in case you have come here to elope. I am also a novice glassblower, and can provide you with information for classes and lessons while you are in the area if interested. Great hiking opportunities.
