This Property is 1 of less than 10 Vacation Homes, located within 10 miles of Glacier National Park; and the Only Vacation Home that borders the Flathead National Forest! Don't spend your precious vacation time driving thru the "Glacier Rush", on a 2 Lane Highway thru the Badrock Canyon - with thousands of other drivers... This property may not be used for partying. Loud noises or disruptions at any time will not be tolerated. We appreciate and welcome guests that respect the neighbors around us. No pets. No parties. Thank you! :) Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. -------------------------------------------------------------- Property Information: Log Home: The 2200sq/ft, 4+ Bedrooms/1.5 Bath, Log Home sits on beautifully landscaped land, covering over 3 Acres and only 12 minutes from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park! It has 4 Bedrooms, an additional room set up with a Full Size Futon, and another room for a queen size Airbed. It comfortably allows for up to 12 occupants. It contains a full kitchen including all the essential cooking ware, spices, etc.; & additional small appliances. We are Family Friendly - furnished with a crib, playpen, high chair, kid kitchen-ware, toys, board games, books for infants/toddlers with a separate play/sleeping area. There is a laundry room equipped w/ washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer. You won't need any bottled water here. Our Water comes directly from an underground well (one of the last in the area). Our water is known as some of the best tasting Glacier water around. The home is also equipped w/a professional Culligan whole-home water softener. Property Outside Activities: You'll enjoy your own private onsite recreational areas that include: An all enclosed, privacy-fenced backyard with a New Premium Therapeutic Hot Tub*, BBQ Grill, outdoor furniture; A Fire Pit area; & a Flower garden to enjoy. Located across from a playground with Basketball and Tennis courts. ------------- *UPDATE: As of 19 June 2021, Hot Tub is currently out of commission, due to warranty stipulations and parts on back-order. Will update if this changes. - - - - - - - * Hot Tub is NOT a “Commercial” Hot Tub. It is on location, but it is “private”. Host may allow usage to Guests “IF” they follow ALL Hot Tub Rules. Host/Property Mgr has 24/7 access to Hot tub for maintenance. - Host Reserves the right to close Hot Tub at any time due to violating rules or if water chemistry is not safe. At the Host's Discretion, up to a $200 cleaning fee may be charged if their Hot Tub has to be cleaned out and refilled due to violation of rules. (Please see Rules & Polices for more info) --------------------- Locations: We are a one-of-a-kind property bordering within feet from the Flathead National Forest; walking distance to the Flathead River, 5 minute drive to Lion Lake, 10 minutes to the Hungry Horse Reservoir Dam and less than 15 minutes to the Glacier National Park West Entrance! Don't forget, the Flathead River raft trips. Class I - IV rapids, it's a matter of just a few minutes drive. Last, but not least, take time to enjoy the World-famous "Going-to-the-Sun Road" within Glacier National Park . Parking: The home has plenty of free parking area w/up to 5+ vehicles. There is also additional Primitive RV/Camping sites available for an additional fee(s). In 2020 season, it was a strange year to say the least! But like everyone else, we adapted, ensuring a safe, clean home for our guests! This has been our home now for over 15 years, and we still haven't experienced all that is around us. So welcome to our world of serenity, peace, and great vacation fun!
