The Loggia is more suited to mature guests planning on visiting relatives and friends in the local area, rather than ‘romantic weekend away’ visitors. The Loggia is a stand-alone Bungalow at the rear of our home. It is a very quiet, secluded space that is great for single or double occupancy. Access is via a safe, well-lit side driveway. We live in the house at the front, however, given you have your own access we will probably rarely see each other. If you need help, directions or advice just ask, if you want to be alone that's OK too. Quiet. Easy access to everything. Safe, leafy and friendly community. Car parking is on the quiet residential street in front of our home. We are close to the M1 Motorway; Camberwell / Surrey Hills / Burwood and facilities -- shopping, restaurants and cafes. Tram stop is 5 minutes walk; it will take you all the way to the City OR Tram then Train from Riversdale Station. Hartwell Train Station is 15 minutes walk away. Non-smoking residence. Some breakfast supplies are included. Heating and Cooling. Pool for the warmer months. In-ground Trampoline.
