Hackney is a great neighbourhood for markets, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. London fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Colombia Road Flower market, Hackney Picturehouse and Empire and regent’s Canal are all a walk or short bus ride away. Transport is easy, with Hackney Central overground station just over the road, linking you to Liverpool Street (central line) and Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) in around 10 minutes. You can be in central London in around 20 mins and there are regular day and night buses from outside the flat. There are food shops close by, including Marks and Spencer, Tesco superstore and Sainsbury’s local. There are also whole food stores for organic produce. For shopping, there is a large TK Maxx opposite the flat, vintage stores and a Primark.
