Our studio is cosy and is set in tropical surroundings. It’s a perfect city escape or weekend getaway. The studio is 36 m2 and is part of a small block of 8 units and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. A 12 min walk to Newport village you can go shopping at the local boutiques, try out one of the many cafes/restaurants or head straight to the beach for a day in the sun and then after all that you can have a drink while watching the sun set at The Newport Hotel. We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable such as salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cereal, long life milk, tea and coffee in the kitchen as well and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. We also offer free high speed wifi. Surrounded by tropical gardens it is the perfect little beach getaway. Guests will have their own off street parking space and will have access to the shared laundry. Guests will have access to the keys by a coded lock on the premises. However if you would like to get to the city there is a bus stop on Gladstone street about 50 meters away. Just take the L90 bus and it will take you all the way to the city or go in the other direction to Palm Beach. Guests will also have WIFI For lost keys there is a $100 fee and a call out fee of $50 if the keys are locked in the unit
