It is the perfect spot for six to seven people, longing for a relaxing vacation or as a base that allows you to explore the whole of Dalmatia. This 2 story home combines traditional Mediterranean wooden and stone elements with contemporary features. The ground floor features a single car garage, and an additional 2 parking spaces. The House is divided into 2 units. The lower unit on the 1st floor is designed for 2 people, with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. The upper unit consists of the second and third stories. The living room, kitchen and a toilet are situated on the second story. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study, designed to sleep 4 with the possibility of another person in the study per inquiry. Its terraces, gardens and private pool, hidden away from the chaos of the large crowds, give you the chance to rest with nice music or just the crickets and a cold drink during your stay. A 5 minute walk down the hill takes you directly to the beaches. If you want to stay updated with recent news or enjoy movies, there is either an Apple TV or a smart TV available in each unit.
