Cosy room in pretty Cheadle cottage

The room is in a calm, quiet Victorian terrace, in the central Cheadle conservation are, behind the High Street ( with restaurants, pubs & shops) and in sight of the Alexandra Hospital! I'm at the end of a private road, with outside parking for one car small and gardens front & rear . Very close to public transport and motorways. House totally refurbished. New bathrooms, kitchen, living space and basement room ( futon bed,could be used by small person , as ceiling height is only 6') Your room is not an anonymous space but part of my home, with books on the shelves and a large teddy bear! However, there is still lots of space for a comfy 3/4 sized bed, a desk , wardrobe and drawers for you to use plus mirrors at varying heights. There is a kettle plus tea/coffee/biscuits in the room The bathroom , shared with me, is next to your room. You are also welcome to share the sitting room & TV. Free WiFi available The kitchen is brand new, so I'm not prepared to share but I am happy to cook breakfast for you. There are are gardens to front and rear , if you want to sit and 'take the air’' or listen to the birds! As I work from home, I'm around most of the time to chat, discuss travel arrangements or places to visit (if needed) but I can also disappear if you want peace and quiet! Cheadle is a pleasant, leafy suburb of Stockport and in easy reach of both Manchester and Cheshire. The BMI Alexandra Hospital is a few minutes walk away from the house. The local St Mary’s Church was built in the 16th Century and is well worth visiting. There is lots of green space with Abney Hall Park just round the corner and Bruntwood Park nearby. Manchester Airport: 3 miles away and accessible by public transport Bus Stops: are a few minutes walk for buses to Didsbury. Manchester, Stockport, Cheadle Royal (John Lewis/Business Park), Handforth Dean, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Altrincham etc Train: Gatley Station ( with trains to Manchester) is less than a mile away and Stockport Station (national links particularly travelling south) is just over 2 miles away Metro: East Didsbury Station is a mile and a half away Road; M60/M62 less a mile away Lone travellers: women preferred, men need previous reviews Non Smokers only Must be double vaccinated and have negative lateral flow result Couples accepted but bear in mind you are sharing a 3/4 bed! Breakfast ( fruit juice, cereal, toast eggs etc ) can be arranged There is a railway line at the back of the house, a 4 carriage train goes past about every half hour during the day plus the occasional goods train
