This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits on 1/2 acre with direct access to the Goulburn River. The main room features a king-sized bed and private en-suite. Rooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Enjoy the great outdoors with jetty access to swim or fish at your back door. Or warm up by the wood fire heater with your favourite Drink and one of the many books or board games on offer. Enjoy the river views; watch the sunset or sunrise on the deck while sipping a glass of wine and chatting with your friends. Indulge in a late morning sleep-in and open your eyes to the river with the mist hovering. In your own private yard with beautiful lawn, soak in the afternoon sun or sit in the cool shade of the huge gum tree and enjoy inspirational views from the deck area while you fire up the BBQ. We haven’t forgotten the kids, of course they will be entertained running around ½ acre fully fenced and secure, climbing in and out of the cubby house, playing cricket in the back yard while you watch from the deck area.
