* Quiet Cul-de-Sac in Newmarket* #2

Single room in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are within easy reach of Newmarket racecourse, the horse sales and the town centre. Cambridge, Ely and Bury St Edmunds are all within a 15 mile radius. * Two more rooms are available, a single and a double, please see my profile for listings * This room has a desk/dressing table that is suitable for computer work. Tea and coffee plus kettle is provided in the room and you are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals. The dining table is available for you to eat your meals. There is a pleasant seating area in the back garden which you are free to make the most of on sunny days. Long stayers can use the washing maching in the kitchen. There is plenty of parking here and guests are welcome to use the driveway. There are regular buses to the town centre. I'll be home most of the time and myself or my daughter will be available to meet and greet you. If we are not available, there is a lockbox where I can leave a key. You can contact me any time and I try to respond within the hour. Please don't bring anyone else with you unless they are on the booking form. Thank you. The famous horse training grounds are within easy reach, and there is a fine Racing Museum in town. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre and the bus station, and a short drive to the racecourses and Tattersalls for the horse sales. There is local bus stop on the road outside our back gate. Buses go to and from town every 30 minutes. Free buses go from the town and train station to the racecourse on racedays.
