Beach Chalet Annecy Lake 2 bedrooms private garden

An idyllic private chalet cabin overlooking the nature reserve and with direct access to a private beach on Annecy Lake 200m away. On the grounds of Camping La Nubliere, the cabin is situated in a tranquil position with private garden and parking. The site has been newly renovated to include children's wet play area, adult well being centre, shop etc. There is a very well stocked shop with fresh bread and croissants every day, and also a buvett open in the evenings selling take away chicken, chips and pizzas. The chalet comprises a private and secluded garden with outdoor furniture, reclining chairs, bbq, and games. Parking for 2 vehicles next to the cabin, with overflow car parking outside the complex. Within a few minutes walk, the nature reserve, sailing school, lake boat to Annecy, rental of pedalo, speed boat & bicycles, extensive cycle track, tennis courts, parapente school. Bouncy castles, table tennis, children's activities. Additionally some great restaurants, pubs and beach bars all within easy walking distance. During the peak season there is a Children's Club Monday to Friday, plus entertainment 2 evenings per week. Chalet Key Features Great location, secluded, away form main camping with views of the nature reserve and mountains (no chalets or camping in front of the chalet). 2 minutes walk through campsite to the private beach and access to lake Annecy and amenities 2 separate bedrooms- one double bedroom and one triple (bottom double bed, and top single bunk bed) Additional sleeping with Double sofa bed in the living room Fully Fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, cafeteria, Bathroom comprises shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, hairdryer. TV with French channels. The chalet is not converted specifically for disabled, but it is all on one floor, without steps, easy access. Campeole La Nubliere Camping key features This is a dog friendly camp site. 24/7 security, including throughout the night. Paid WIFI internet available from reception Paid Adult Therapy area with saunas and massage. Childrens secure splash and play area. Private beach for the use of Campsite and our guests Entertainment is planned from July 5th to August 25th (Children's club from Monday t o Friday, 2 evening entertainment per week. Reception to collect your wrist bands that allow use of campsite facilities and beach Camp site shop for all necessaries, and reasonable value. Take away pizza, chicken & chips. Dog wash if you have pets (or children to hose down) fitness and children's play area, morning exercise classes table tennis courts washing, shower facilities available for you to use. Key interests Annecy town and historic village 18km, there is a regular boat ferry to and from Annecy town which leaves the jetty Cycle path goes all the way to Annecy. (cycle all the way around in 1 hour & half.) Local shops and supermarkets in nearby villages Excellent choice of restaurants, takeaways & bars within walking distance. Boat hire, bike rental, tennis courts, Great walking trails, and bike routes, including the Col de Forclaz up to the parapont take off point. Other things to note Minimum Booking is 2 nights. Arrival is Limited to Saturday and Sunday and Wednesday during peak season Reception Camping La Nubliere: You may check in at the reception to collect keys between 16:00 and 20:00 Check out is between 08:00H and 10:00H Camping La Nubliere will charge directly your tourist tax for your stay.The current rate is 0.55€ per adult per night Due to Covid 19 it is not possible to hire bed linen. Please make sure you bring your own. Exceptionally if required it is possible to hire Chalet and Beach towels from the reception Wifi is also arranged at the reception, the price is 2€ per day or 10€ per week Due to current circumstances it is not known if the SPA will be open, the cost is normally 19€ for 2 hours. Chalet Cabin The Chalet is non smoking. You may smoke outside, please put ash and butts in the bins safely. You are welcome to use the garden furniture and BBQ, please ensure you clean and put away after use. We recommend you remove footwear before entering the chalet, this will help with cleaning, sand etc. If you have brought your pets, please ensure they do not go into the bedrooms, they must stay in the living area. They must be kept on a lead when outside and in the camp site. No tents or motorhomes are to be put on the land or premises. Before you Depart 10:00 Please arrange at reception the day before your departure for check out and inspection and caution damage deposit return. Cleaning is NOT included, you are required to leave the chalet spotlessly clean. Please consider the next guests especially with COVID 19 This includes wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant, vacuuming and mopping floors Washing and drying up your crockery, and putting it away. Emptying the bins and taking them to the molaks by the camp site entrance Tidying away the garden furniture Cleaning the BBQ Arrival You will be welcomed at reception is after 16:00.
