Lockdown has offered us the perfect opportunity to totally refurbish The Studio. A brand new kitchen and bathroom have been fitted to ensure visitors have a perfect visit. The current picture are of former fixtures and fitting and will be updated as soon as the work is finished. Take comfort in reading all the positive comments from previous visitors. Please be aware that there are builders on site who work between 8am - 4pm weekdays. Please ask me and questions if you need reassuring. The Studio is a self contained flat. It consists of one main room with the sleeping, dining and kitchen area. There is a separate hallway which has a large wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Smart TV fitted with access to internet services. Plays media on USB drives. Guests are able to access the land attached to the property. The Studio @ Cleeve Hill is semi-detached. The owners live on site and are available to help with any situation that arises. They've lived in Bath for 25 years so can help with local knowledge required. The Studio @ Cleeve Hill is the last house leaving Bath before the next village of Kelston. It has no direct neighbors and is not overlooked. The selling feature of the property is the amazing country views. There are many, many pubs and clubs available in Bath. If however you like a traditional pub with good food, beer and atmosphere then the Old Crown in Kelston is only a mile away. Large car park and beer garden also available. If you fancy a short walk to the riverside, then the Boathouse can reward your effort. The first pub into town. Less than a mile walk through the trees or a short drive. With lots of outdoor seating right next to the river, spend your time watching the rowers practice and the canal boats sailing by. Bath centre is only 2 miles away. There are several car parks available in Bath. There is a bus route which passes the house. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Bristol centre is only 8 miles away, about 25 minutes by car. Electric car charger available for an additional cost. Access to a fishing platform into the River Avon is available from our land.
