Dear travelers, I have a cozy and modern guest room in my small family house in Memmingen. The room offers everything for a pleasant stay alone or as a couple. I do rent 3 rooms in my house and also live there myself. I am looking forward to host you. The guest room is located in a small family house. I do rent 3 rooms and also life myself in the house. Even if the room itself is small but nice, the whole house has a lot to offer for your comfort. Equipment of the room: - bed (1.40mx 2.00m) - Writing desk - Closet - TV (including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video) - Towels and bedsheets Equipment of the whole house for shared use: - 2 bathrooms (shared) - dining area can also be used - fully equipped kitchen can also be used - large terrace with garden and barbecue can also be used - pool (not heated) and sun beds can also be used - Free parking on the street and in the yard - E-charging station (separate billing) - Free coffee and free water - Free care products such as shampoo / shower gel / Disinfectants etc. - A washer and dryer - Board and card games - and much more Please aslo see my other room. You can park the car along the street. Please make sure that you do not block any driveways. Since I work full-time, the guests can reach me mostly by E-mail or phone. When I'm at home, I am of course happy to answer any questions personally. You can check-in independently from 3 p.m. The check-out should be done by 10 a.m. (Changes are possible after prior consultation) The house is located on the northern outskirts of Memmingen in a quiet side street with lots of single-family houses. The city center of Memmingen can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. There are numerous cafes and restaurants there. Within a 15-minute walk you will also find supermarkets, children's playgrounds, bus stops, swimming pools, etc. Memmingen Airport (FMM - Munich West) is only about 10 minutes away by car. This can be reached inexpensively by taxi (aprox. 17€) or bus. Memmingen train station is around 25 minutes away on foot. There is also a direct bus connection. Thanks to the ideal location, you can not only get to the Allgäu quickly on the highway, but also within a few minutes' walk in the city center. Ideal for a short weekend stay or before / after departure / arrival for a long distance travel. Ideal location if you are passing through. The A7 and A96 Highway pass by Memmingen. Please be aware you only rent a room not the whole house. That´s why other guests and me will also be in the house.
