Studio with bbq and garden - 100m to the beach

The Space: The studio is part of the complex and offers a double bed, a small kitchen, a fridge and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. In the large garden you will experience relaxing nights surrounded by plants and trees or enjoy your drink in the garden or the rooftop. Guest Access: Guests will have access to all areas of the garden, the BBQ as well as the playground. The Neighborhood: Less than an hour from the airport(40km) and the city of Chios(40km), a short distance from Volissos village and just 100m from the sandy and pebbly beach of Lefkathia beach, there is a complex of 4 studios and 2 apartments, ready to offer you unforgettable moments of relaxation and calmness. At the nearby village(1.7km) you will find a mini-market for everything you might need during your stay as well as a café, a bar and a restaurant. At the neasby beaches of Lefkathia(100m) and Limnos(350m), you will enjoy the sea and the sun enjoying a cold cocktail at one of the seafront beach-bars or taste a local dish at the nearby restaurants. At Limnia, you will taste the traditional Greek coffee or your favorite drink with the fishing-boats of the small traditional port in the background. The area is ideal for exploration with places such as the Byzantine castle of Volissos(1.7km), the monastery of Saint Marcela(4.2km) and the wildlife reserve of Kimina(8km). Also, many small beaches such as Lampsa(1.3km), MAgemena(1.2km), Managros(4.8km), Prastia(6.6km), Gerita(7.5km) and many more, are waiting for you to discover them. In less than an hour drive, you will see the numerous sights and places of interest the island has to offer, such as: The castle of Chios(40km): The rebuild of the castle started in 1328 and at one of it’s walls you will have the chance to see the traditional hammam that stands there since the 18th century. The Mastic museum of Chios(47km): The museum opened it’s doors in 2016 at the “Mastic villages” of South Chios and displays the history and production process of skinos plant and it’s product, mastic, which is recognized worldwide. Archeological museum of Chios(40km): In the museum you will admire displays that spread in time, from the final Neolithic period to the Roman times. Nautical museum of Chios(40km):The museum displays the rich nautical tradition of the island and it’s close relation to it. Byzantine museum(41km): In the museum you will have the chance to admire displays form both the Byzantine and Ottoman period. Windmills(40km): Built by the sea in the area of Vrontades, they are considered a landmark of the island. Getting Around: The place is accessible by car and has free public parking next to the property.
