It is accessed from the Malaga motorway or from the Avenida del Mediterráneo, the main road It is located in the center of Rincon de la Victoria and only 20 minutes from Malaga (by bus / taxi / car) The floor decoration is modern, recently rehabilitated. The appliances, kitchen utensils and furniture, as well as the other elements of the apartment are brand new. It has a swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis and parking with its own square. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating with Split Air Conditioning. The bathrooms are complete (one of them en suite). We provide towels and sheets included in the price. We recommend to our guests the use of the car since the apartment is reached by climbing a slope, of the many that we have here in Rincon. The neighborhood in general is quiet.
