This beautiful stone farmhouse is located in a small hamlet in the peaceful Lot countryside. It has been tastefully renovated and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. You will enjoy the spacious garden and large private pool. There is no shortage of places to visit and things to do in the region. To the West is Rocamadour (19km) which has been attracting pilgrims for centuries and now also attracts tourists. It is one of the most visited tourist centers in France. As well as the chapel of Notre-Dame and the famous Black Madonna, it has other attractions such as the Monkey Forest and the Eagle Sanctuary. Rocamadour is also known for its small round goats' cheeses which are well worth sampling. Gramat (10km) has an animal park which is open all year round and at the famous “Gouffre” of Padirac (7km) you will find a wonderful series of underground caves which you can explore by boat. For train enthusiasts there is a steam train in Martel (25km) which in summer does daily rides through the beautiful Lot countryside. 12 km to the north is the valley of the River Dordogne which extends to the East and West and here there are opportunities for river activities – canoeing, kayaking, swimming ... A number of the villages in the region are listed as “Plus Beaux Villages de France” (most beautiful villages of France) including: Carennac (17km), Loubressac (7km) and Autoire (5 km) with its “Cirque”, waterfalls and breathtaking views.
