A beautifully renovated 1 bedroom guesthouse with a modern kitchen and bathroom where you can relax comfortably in the sitting room, on your own deck or at the beach. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac only 6-7 minute drive to both Avalon and Newport this sun filled west-facing guesthouse includes a stunning view of Pittwater and access to the private beach with great swimming. The newly renovated guesthouse has a full working kitchen and bathroom. From the kitchen and living area you can watch the sunset fade over Pittwater and the boats sail by, whilst listening to the lapping waves, leaving you feeling relaxed and restored for your next day of relaxation. The guesthouse has its own front door and includes side access to a private beach only 50 metres away. If you have any questions we’re more than happy to help, but if you just want peace and quiet we respect that too! Peaceful and secluded yet only minutes from the bustling villages of Avalon and Newport where you can find shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. We drive but you can also bike and well, there’s always Uber! Cleaning fee is included in the existing price of the accomodation.
