Our Maple City "Suite" Apartment offers guests all the amenities they desire, and easy access to anything they wish to do and see! Situated between Maple City and Cedar, you will be able to explore Lake Ann, Leland, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park, Traverse City, and more, with relative ease as you take in the breath taking views of Leelanau county. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, spacious, secluded and will exceed your expectations - that is our goal! Our Maple City Suite has everything you could need. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One Bedroom has a queen size bed. The other can be set up to meet your needs with 1 king, 1 twin, 1 twin and 1 single or 1 - 3 single beds!! And both bedrooms have more than enough closet space. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a 7 foot couch that could also be used as another sleep space! There is a fully equipped over sized Kitchen, with 2 sinks, refrigerator (with water and ice), dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeepot, toaster ... and ANYTHING you could need in a kitchen! The open living room offers seating for everyone to sit and relax or watch TV. There is basic antenna which provides adequate channels for TV viewing, as well as a DVD/VCR set-up for movie watching. The queen bedroom has a TV for DVD viewing only. There is also a stacked washer and dryer unit for your convenience. Fitness classes are offered on site most days of the week, as well as access to fitness/ gym equipment ( for a small per use fee). Massage and physical therapy services can be booked for on-site treatments. Please feel to inquire for more information. If you only have 1 - 2 guests, Send me a message, and if I am able, I will gladly adjust the nightly rate! :) Guests of our Maple City "Suite" Apartment have complete and sole access to their living space. The use of the pool is at the discretion of the home owners. Access to the pool can be granted once all safety, use and operating concerns are satisfactorily addressed between the home owners and all guests. The pool is a shared space. Guests should be aware that during the summer months there are swimming lessons taking place most afternoons, and Aqua-Fitness classes that occur several mornings and evenings. Guests are welcomed to participate in these classes for a small drop-in fee. Guests should also be aware that the deck seating is also a shared space during swim lessons and Aqua-Fitness classes. But this should not present any issues, since most guests are out and about during these times. We are usually around the property and welcome interaction with our guests, but respect their privacy and space. We are happy to provide additional needed items, answer questions, give suggestions or advice on things to do. We are readily available in person or by message / phone call. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, the Maple City "Suite", is located on personal property and a small fitness and aquatic business. The accommodations are located five miles from Big Glen Lake, four miles from Lime Lake, six miles from Little Traverse Lake and six miles from the Sleeping Bear historic bike trails. Regardless of the season, the things to do and see are countless. We are happy to provide you with places to go and things that are happening in the area during your stay! Close to many Hiking and Biking Trails, Countless Lakes and Beaches, and an abundance of spectacular views! Come experience Northern Michigan in all its glory! If you are a fitness enthusiast, you will be happy to know that there are classes offered on site that you are welcomed to drop-in to! !A schedule of classes can be provided upon booking. And if the classes do not work with your schedule, you are welcomed to use the fitness equipment in the studio. Access to the studio will be granted once all safety and use concerns are reviewed with all guests. There is a small per use fee for use of the studio and classes.
