Property in the surroundings of Kalamata

Our property is located in a suburb of the city of Kalamata (Kato Verga). It offers privacy, and the tranquility of the countryside. It is about 1 km away by car from nice beaches. It consists of two floors. At the 1st floor there are one bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. At the ground floor there are a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a small bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Our house is surrounded by verandas and our organic garden. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από όμορφες και καθαρές παραλίες (5΄με το αυτοκίνητο) αλλά και πολύ κοντά στην πόλη (10 λεπτά). Το σπίτι μας είναι στους πρόποδες ενός βουνού και περιβάλλεται από δέντρα. Ο κήπος με τα δέντρα προσφέρεται για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Στον κήπο υπάρχει επίσης και ψησταριά όπου μπορεί κάποιος να ετοιμάσει υπέροχα γεύματα και να τα απολαύσει κάτω από την πέργκολα της κληματαριάς. Στη μεγάλη ταράτσα του 1ου ορόφου απολαμβάνεις υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. The verandas, the garden and the barbecue are at your disposal to make your stay more enjoyable. Our neighborhood is quiet and we chose it to live because it gives us quick access to clean seas and direct contact with nature. You can walk through old paths (cobblestone paths) to reach the village (Verga) as well as to the mountain called "Kalathi". In a few minutes someone has access to the beaches of Vergas, Almyros, Mantineia, Kitries, Kalamata etc. From our house you will reach at several pretty traditional villages of Mani.
