Homely, comfy, warm apartment - easy to relax in yet be walking distance to centre of Falkirk. Private double bed room for up to 2 persons (additional double room available if required) . Shared bathroom with shower over. Shared kitchen. Gas central heating but electric heater provided in room along with towels. Use of hairdryer is available. Private double bedroom and shared bathroom with detachable shower over bath. Invited/mutually convenient times to use sitting room and kitchen. Parking. Entry system to apartment block and key arrangements shared after booking if absence of myself on arrival . If I’m not there in person please text or call at any time . It’s conveniently located only 5 mins walk from Falkirk Grahamston station so close to the centre for shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. The retail park is next to the station so again only a short walk. Quiet area but yet convenience shop/cafe across the road open from 6am to 10pm and many other shops/cafes/canal/restaurants etc nearby. The Kelpies are only 3/4 mile along a straight, flat road ideal for bikes or buggies. Parking is provided on the street which I do. A private space is available at the back or property in small garden area if for any reason required. Apartment is easy walking distance to Grahamston railway station and bus station so convenient if not driving. If I’m not there arrangements can still be made for access and key arrangements.
