Welcome! The apartment is in Tavronitis, a small village near Chania town and 700m from the beach. A traditional house renovated in 2017 situated in the main road, very comfortable, spacious with a large attic and its own garden. Tavronitis is in an excellent & ideal position, favourably located on the middle of Chania region; only 2 minutes drive from the highway exit that can easily lead you to all the well-known beaches, the airport, the port and of course Chania town. Up to 6 people can be hosted upon request. -In the kitchen/sitting room, you will find a sink with a hot and cold water tap, a refrigerator, an electric hob and oven, cupboards/drawers with plates, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, a toaster, a dining table and 4 chairs with television. Moreover, there is a sofa bed, a TV, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, and some tourist guides/magazines. -The bathroom has a shower with glass, a washbasin unit with cupboard storage space with a mirror, a laundry and a hairdryer. -In the bedroom you will find a double size bed, a big wardrobe with mirror , TV and a shoe storage case. -In the attic (stairs with no door to enter the attic) you will find a double size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. Outside, during the day & night, you can relax in the beautiful quiet yard. The visitors have access in the entire apartment and the yard. I will be available 24/7 via SMS, e-mail or the phone! Our beautiful neighbourhood has minimarkets , pharmacy, beauty salons, bakery, gym, dry cleaner and some restaurants with delicious food. The bus station is next to the house in 120m and buses pass every 15 minutes, especially during the summer period. I kindly request you to respect the house like yours and be careful with your beautiful pets. :)
