Relax, enjoy and get inspired in this modern farmhouse in Piedmont. Casa Monteverdi is a deluxe Country House in the heart of Piedmont. Casa Monteverdi houses two luxurious apartments with a shared kitchen. Both apartments have their own private access, and all rooms have their own musical themes. This makes Casa Monteverdi ideally suited for families and groups. The owners live on the first floor of the building. The ‘Tango’ apartment is suitable for two guests. It has its own generous living room, a wonderfully bright bedroom and a private bathroom with toilet/bidet and walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with all modern conveniences, and is a great place to unwind from a day of sun and culture. This ‘soggiorno’ is adorned with five colourful ‘Tango’ aquarelles, painted by artist and tango-dancer Marianne van Berloo. The ‘Mambo’ apartment is named after Leonard Bernstein’s famous ‘Mambo’ from the musical West Side Story. An impressive ‘still’ from the movie can be found hanging in the middle of the lounge. This 2-bedroom apartment easily sleeps 6, as the couch transforms into a comfortable sleeper sofa. The spacious living room is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and extras such as a piano, and a DVD/Blu-ray collection based around the music and film themes of the apartments. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom with toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. One bedroom faces the backyard and swimming pool; the other borders our beautiful ‘hanging’ patio, with a gorgeous olive tree, and a view of the vineyards from a relaxing hanging chair. The facilities are included in the rental price, with the exception of the pizza lunch and E-car charger. A selection of the region’s best wines are reasonably priced and for sale.
