It has one spacious bedroom with a king size double bed, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom (with shower and sink). The toilet is separated from the bathroom and accessible from the foyer. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 2 more people on the sofa bed in the living room area. An additional cot can also be provided on request. The large living room has a cozy hang out area with TV and an integrated dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight of this top apartment is the huge terrace (approx. 60 m²) which offers a fantastic view and plenty of space for breakfast or dinner, or simply for hanging out & relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use for free of course. The apartment disposes of ONE parking lot in the underground parking garage of the building. At the parking space we installed a high voltage and a household electricity plug, to enable electric car drivers to charge the car while parked. The key for the apartment will be provided in a key safe for self check-in, so check in will be very flexible and is possible at any time (after 15:00). At this location you have the choice whether you want to make use of the fantastic skiing areas and countless winter & summer recreational activities in the southern Zillertal, or if you prefer skiing in the Rofan Mountains, located just a few minutes north of the apartment, or in one of the other fabulous ski resorts of the Achensee region. In the area around the apartment you will also find a variety of offers for cross-country skiing, toboggan runs, ice skating rinks etc. In the summer you will find beautiful hiking trails and numerous other recreational activities. The Achensee - only a short drive away - is a special highlight in every season: in winter it impresses with an idyllic atmosphere and numerous winter sports facilities, in summer it invites you to linger & swim and also offers fantastic water sport options. Even a trip to the picturesque and culturally & historically interesting capital of Innsbruck is easily possible, since the motorway is only a few minutes away and Innsbruck can be reached within 30 minutes.
