This charming 17th century property has been tastefully renovated to provide a luxury holiday cottage with modern comforts, whilst retaining its period features. The property has its own private gated garden and patio. The patio is well equipped for ‘al fresco’ dining, with a teak table and chairs and a webber BBQ. During the summer we provide a gazebo for shade. The patio looks over your private lawned garden. Outside of your private garden there are the communal gardens which are mainly laid to lawn, but also have an outdoor swimming pool (heated Apr-Sept) with sun deck, and a large children’s play area with skyfort, swings and a slide. There is a large secure car park for the use of guests only. The cottage has an open plan living dining room with exposed oak beams. The living room opens on to the sheltered courtyard with its pond to the front, and onto your private patio to the rear through double doors. There is stone fireplace with oak lintel and a gas fire for instant warmth. For your comfort there is a leather double sofa and a hammock. Its equipped with TV in English, French, Dutch & German, DVD player and a selection of games and books. There is a large oak dining table and 4 chairs. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs there is a large vaulted bedroom with exposed beams, a king size bed and child's bed, along with space for a cot. The bathroom is equipped with a massage shower. There is Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A hot tub is available to hire on site.
