Country Farm House - Quiet Lane

Beautiful, renovated farm house equipped with everything you might need for a weekend or a couple of months. - Kitchen with all equipment and utensils. - Log burner. - Private garden with no neighbours (apart from some cows!) - Quiet country lane with walks nearby but close to local amenities, restaurants and pubs. Preston - 10 min Southport - 15 min Lytham & St Anne's - 25 min Rivington Pike - 30 min Blackpool - 30 min Forest of Bowland - 45 min Lake District - 1 hour Either I (Lauren) or my dad (Robin) will be available as needed via a quick phone-call or text. The property is located near the bottom of a quiet country lane and since it is a dead end road, traffic is minimal. It is a rural location and ideal if you like easy country walks and looking at nature. Despite this, we have lots of good pubs and restaurants close by. It is about 1km from the nearest bus stop which goes to both Preston and Southport. We are about a 10 minute drive from Preston Railway Station. - We run a working dairy farm just slightly further down the road so expect to see cows and tractors about. - We are a pet friendly property but pets are only allowed in the non-carpeted areas. Don't worry, this is actually a very large area as it includes the kitchen, dining area and the landing.
