This charming cottage for two boasts a delightful sitting room with beamed ceilings & wonderful countryside views, as well as an ideal location for exploring North East England's attractions. Set close to the owners' home it lies just 7 miles from Hartlepool's marina and seafront. No Smoking • Short Break • Working away • Pet Friendly not suitable for larger dogs. This is a one bedroom single storey cottage. Guests will have access to the full cottage and parking outside We are just a telephone call away if needed. We also live next door to property but you have the cottage to yourself. We live in the country so it’s very quiet. We have neighbours close by but they are not intrusive. The views looking out of the cottage are beautiful on a clear day. We have chickens that like to wander and our neighbours have chickens, pigs and lambs. Our neighbours occasionally use our fields to graze their sheep. We ask that in lambing season you don’t approach the mothers but any other time they are usually very friendly. The only route into our property is off the A19. No access is available via the A179 as this is a private road. Our neighbours run a well known stud farm and you can see the beautiful horses grazing in the fields from the cottage windows. Walking through the stud farm is not allowed this is private property. Guests will require a car to get around as Sheraton village has no public transport and is approximately 2 miles to the nearest Sainsbury's . We have chickens and also our neighbours that do like to wander. So please be careful when driving up the country lane towards our property. Our property is peace itself, perfect for a short break or working away from home.
