Sleep to sea sounds in the hotel style queen loft private retreat with 180 sea view, ensuite brekky bar & barn door sep. trundle area. Fans/Port air. Whole house with main kitchen large oven, bbq in garden, 3 decks - largest off lounge in photos - the Loft 1 kitchenette - spa bath main bathroom downstairs, sep toilet, ensuite to the Loft - Juliette balcony for sea whale viewing... All except under star store cupboard where guest supplies are kept! Minimal - relatives close by to attend if help required Lovely neighbours - family beach lifestyle Easy walk 13 min walk to Coledale Train Station or 20 mins to Austinmer Train Station. 15 mins walk to Austinmer - 50m walk down goat track to Sharkies Beach or 3 min walk along the road side track. Across the road after the opening in the road guard - turn right on the footpath facing south & then approx.3m is where the goat dog track is to the Beach - follow signage as rangers do patrol dog beach rules. TV reception poor so offer Netflix!
