Cosy cottage with Panoramic views

This gorgeous 3 Bedroom cottage sits right on the beach at Mossy Point, looking out across the lagoon to North Broulee surf beach. Just walk out to your huge sundeck, down the steps to the sand or snuggle up in front of the wood fire in winter. Fully stocked and furnished house with loads of old world charm and character. Bring your own sheets and towels or book the linen service ($22 per guest) if you want the beds made up for you and towels supplied. Otherwise, nothing to do but enjoy. Washing machine, microwave, two fridges, two kayaks, stove, oven , TV, wood stove heater and of course magnificent views. We will be available if needed by phone/text but give you the space to enjoy peace and quiet on your holiday. Lovely bushy friendly neighbourhood. Buses to Batemans bay and Moruya. Easy car access. We can supply linen and towels and have beds made up for your arrival for an additional $22 per guest for the length of your stay (not per night). Just let me know at the time of your booking if you want to add this and I will send a request through. Otherwise for the base price you BYO sheets and towels for all beds (we supply doonas with covers, pillows with pillowcases and extra blankets for cold nights). Please ensure that you introduce yourselves when requesting a booking as requests made without a message will not be accepted. Party/event bookings will not be accepted as this is a quiet neighbourhood.
