Renovated first floor apartment with living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with twins beds and large terrace. Close to the city center (10 minutes walking), Palazzo Te (5 minutes walking) and train station (15 minutes walking). Free parking all around. Breakfast included for one week. You'll have enough Tea, sugar, coffee, salt, oil, pepper etc for at least one month. Living room with dinner table, sofa and tv. Terrace has a table for outdoor breakfast or lunch. Venetian blinds all around provide privacy. Bedroom has 2 single beds, storage forniture, smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Eurosport etch. Sheets and towels are provided. Bathroom has a shower; soap and shampoo are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped. Salt, oil, pepper and everything you find there are at your disposal. New windows provide a good sound insulation (by the way the street is very quite, expecially during night time). In winter you have central heating, in summer you have a fan both in the living room and in the bedroom. Neighborhood is located very close to Palazzo Te (5 minutes walking) and to the city center (you can reach the historical are in less then 10 minutes). It' a a very quite area, with many services: supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, bars. Parking is free everywhere. Train station is reachable in 15 minutes by feet. You can reach Piazza Sordello, the castles and the lakes with walk throughout all the historical center (25 minutes) . A citybike service is provided all around the city. The area is quite and well served, very close to the historical center, Palazzo Te and the train station. Free parking all around.
