The house is set on 1.5 acres of garden with plenty of room for cars, boats and children to run around. It overlooks Kirwans Beach which the locals say boasts the best jetty fishing in St Helens. If you are into mountain bike riding the track finishes about 200m or there is a more sedate track for walking or riding around the Bay. The township is a 20 minute stroll away. The property is spacious with a magnificent garden featuring natives, majestic (Hidden by Airbnb) s and beautiful proteas. The house itself is full of features and amenities to give you a stress free holiday. The views of Georges Bay from the deck and front rooms are to die for and its proximity to town, bike tracks and beaches make it a perfect position to enjoy everything St Helens has to offer. Guests will have access to the whole property. If assistance is required the phone number of the local cleaner is on the fridge. Kerry Cottage is 200m from the finish of the St Helens Mountain Bike Riding track. It is across the road from one of the best fishing jetties in the area. It is within walking distance of the township if you care to follow the path around the bay. Guests are advised that they are responsible for the removal of their rubbish. There are bins on Kirwans Beach in front of the house as well as at the marina in town. Larger items can be disposed of at the tip in St Helens for around $2.00.
