Summary: Situated in Liverpool's beautiful Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants such as The Florist and London Carriageworks. Take a few minutes walk to Liverpool Anglican Cathedral - Britain's biggest Cathedral and 5th largest in Europe. The Space: This beautiful apartment has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a large Sharp TV. Whip up some delicious meals made from a fully kitted out kitchen or simply enjoy a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee maker. This is a two-bed apartment equipped with a king-sized bed and a double bed, both with a memory foam mattress. Each has a TV mounted on the wall too. This also comes with a large Sofa-bed which folds out to a full-sized double bed placed in the living room area. Nothing feels more like a home away from home! Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment. The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The neighbours are quiet and respectful so we ask that guests are the same back! Getting Around: The house is located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including the Wild Loaf bakery for divine sourdough bread and donuts, and Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
