"Beautiful home, king size bed + living room.

Our beautiful stone house - whole floor - bedroom with comfy kingsize bed as well a living room with a large sofa . The rooms have fast wifi, tea/coffee facility, TV - Netflix and Prime. Our house is situated in a perfect location for visiting the Brecons beacons, Gower coastline, Waterfall country, the Mumbles, Afan forest mountain bike and Margam Park. We are just a few of minutes from the M4, Swansea and just 18 minutes to the beach. As you walk through the door you feel as if you've been taken to a cottage by the sea. Bright, calm coastal colours helps you unwind. In the living room on the top floor, the sofa is here for you to relax. To make your stay more enjoyable we can pop food in the oven if you want to dine in your room and an ice bucket to chill your wine. There is ample parking outside our home plus a parking space in front of our garages (the 1st space next to our house reserved for you). The residents are friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet. The Harvester and David Lloyd fitness club with swimming pool is 5 minutes walk from our house. There is a park in our community with a basket ball court and a nice walk with a sea view across to the mumbles. You are sure to be greeted when you arrive by our super friendly wire haired dachshund Mabel. We also have 2 delightful cats Rio and Vader, but be rest assured won't bother you unless you call them. If you prefer self check-in, the front door lock will be open on your arrival and you can make your way up to the 2 floor, otherwise I will be here to greet you and show you your room. There is a bus stop 14 minutes walk from the house which will take you either to Swansea or Neath town. 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan and 40 minutes drive to Cardiff. We have ample free parking outside our house and a fuel station with a Mc Donald's 5 minutes away by car. As well as a dachshund we also have 2 cats. Rio is a black long haired gentle cat who is shy and timid and Vader who is a short haired black cat is more friendly. They are mostly sleeping all day downstairs in our living room or out in the garden.
