Property has 5 indoor cats but they are not allowed into the back studio but must be watched to stop entry. Guests can access the kitchen and outdoor basic electric bbq Shower available in shared bathroom (tenant) and possibly another guest Back deck with electric bbq and garden, kitchen for self serve continental breakfast and tea/coffee making Laundry( fee applies) and outside clothes line area Owner designs bespoke fashion clothes for clients so works between home and her boutique but generally available for assistance. Belair National park opposite home great for walks includes a local nursery to see/purchase native plants, the old Governor residence for visits and the lake Down the road 20 minutes walk to the local Belair cafe for meals and drinks includes open 2 nights per week for dinner and the train station for access to the city with a bus service connection to Marion Shopping centre Bikes available maybe a small fee but local station 15 minutes walk from house The train goes direct to the city or bus changeover in Blackwood to the Marion shopping centre or to the southern beaches including Brighton beach A 20 minutes walk from house to the local bus stop Sharing of this studio may not be necessary particularly for short stays only by negotiation with guest and kept to absolute minimum
