Upstairs,Bedroom 1 King size or two singles.Bedroom 2 a double. Bedroom 3, Small twin. Family bath/shower. Downstairs, large Kitchen breakfast room, table for 6 with TV. Comfortable lounge with TV/Wi-FI. Dinning room with table for 6 and with French doors into the garden. The garden is enclosed it has steep steps from the rear to the patio.There is off road parking for two cars one to the side and one to the rear. There is lighting at the back and front of the property. All the space , but no access to the shed or the garage All Just call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and I’m there to help any time . We are close to Dartmoor National park great for walkers to explore, it has some fantastic gastro pubs for lunch or dinner and beautiful scenery to behold. We are close to Plymouth city and the spectacular Hoe seafront which leads down to the Historical Barbican , you will also find Cornwall just over the Tamar bridge another beautiful county to explore with its magnificent beaches in fact there is so much to take in you’ll need to come again .we are also very close to the hospital 🏥 You will need your car for exploring but there is a bus service at the end of the road every 1/2 hour I would appreciate guests bringing slippers as I don’t want shoes in the house on the carpet .
