Rushcutters Bay is a wonderful location for both urban living and beautiful natural surroundings. The cafes and restaurants of Potts Point have a mini SOHO feel and the harbour is 5 mins walk where the famous boat race Sydney to Hobart sets sail. Elizabeth Bay harboursdie Park is also nearby, a ten minute walk. Excellent independent book shop, delis and super markets, banks, PO all on the door step. A top floor very bright Art Deco apartment with high ceilings, polished floors and elegant furnishings. The apartment is brilliantly sunny. The whole apartment which is 72 square metres is open I can answer any questions you may have by email or I can call you to get anything sorted which may need attention. I have a caretaker on hand. I am 5 mins walk to the train station, several bus stops going to Bondi Beach and the city. Its a lovely 20 minute walk to CBD Im not a fit person and manage the stairs very well but ther are 3 flights and no lift so if you have any mobility problems this may be an issue.
