This apartment consists in a bedroom with a confortable double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with diner table and kitchen and a balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. Please note, there is no television. This is a no smoking apartment. Access Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Harbor, less than 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram. The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Interaction Bnb Groom Services’ team is glad to greet you in Nice. We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home. Luggage storage is available at the agency. Neighborhood Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 500m away on the Harbor. Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Promenade des Arts. IMPORTANT NOTES : Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light. Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Please note, there is no television. Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways: - Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide. - Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
