2100 sq ft 5 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse apartment located steps from Lake Max and walking distance to Culver Academies. We completely remodeled the 3rd floor of this building in 2016 for use as our family gathering place. The dining table seats 10 with 4 additional spaces at the bar. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bedrooms that have 2 single beds. However, the 2 singles can be made into a king in room 5 if requested at time of booking. You’ll love the clean, open space perfectly designed for family gatherings. Plus, the views of Lake Max are just wonderful! Guests are only renting the 3rd floor and the deck off the back. The rest of the building is occupied by full-time residents. Available by text/email anytime We are across the alley from the Lakehouse Grill and Culver Coffee. Subway, the Rootbeer Stand, the beach, playground, picnic areas and Culver academies are just a short walk down Lakeshore Dr. Most of Culver is walking distance. We usually park our car and just leave it the whole time we are in Culver. 1 off-street parking space is provided; however, additional cars must park on the street. We are a pet free facility. Windows must to remain closed and locked at all times.
