This apartment is less than 5 minutes from Marshall's Campus and 5-10 minutes from downtown nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and the movie theatre. It is close enough to the action to be extremely convenient, yet far enough away to be quiet and calm. It is the top apartment of a duplex, and the tenants in the bottom apartment are some of the nicest people you will meet! The outside entrance is a security door. A 4-digit code will be provided. A key to the actual apartment door will be provided as well. I will not be present at the listing, however I will always be a phone call or text away. The neighborhood may not look like much on the surface, but I have had a very pleasant experience over the past 2 years living there by myself. The neighbors are great as well as the people who live in the bottom apartment. I've always felt comfortable and secure. There are train tracks across the street (though hidden by trees in the summer), so you can expect a train or two to pass by through the night. Other than that, the neighborhood is very quiet.
