Galle road is a 7 minute walk away; for Banks, Superarkets, International fast food, Delicious local fast food,clothes shops and salons. The en-suite master bedroom allows you to wake up to a beautiful view of the coconut trees, the beach and the ocean; evening, Enjoy the sun set. At 1410 SQ FT this a very large apartment, that has been luxuriously furnished. The apartment is new; completed in April 2019. The master bedroom has an en- suite bathroom , in total, 3 bedrooms two bathrooms with shower cubicles. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering featuring a 5 burner hob and oven, microwave, tall fridge freezer , toaster, cafetière, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery & crockery. Beautiful 6 seater dining table. Comfortable sofas. 40” flat screen smart TV . The apartment has a Fire extinguisher, Fire blanket & smoke alarms Guests have access to the whole apartment, the swimming pool, gym, but will have to book the function room for parties. I live in the UK but I am always available to be contacted through Airbnb now or by phone, once the booking is confirmed. Any unforeseen problems; guests can contact our manager. Guests will receive his contact details after the booking is confirmed. The apartment is facing the famous Mount Lavinia Beach 50 yards away with it’s Bars and Restaurants ; it’s also a short walk to the Colonial style, MountLavinia Hotel. Children will love the Zoo at Dehiwala, just a short Tuk-Tuk ride away. Mount Lavinia beach offers a Variety of bars and restaurants and night life to choose from . A single parking space is provided with the apartment. When having guests you might be able to speak to security and get another parking space, depending on availability. There are many Three-wheedlers/ Tic-Toks available any time of the day . This would be easiest method of getting around for short trips like for shopping. Public transport is available from the Galle Road, just a short walk away. To travel long distance; Car / Van can be arranged at a very competitive price. Dehiwala and Mount Lavinia train stations just a Km away, where you can catch a train to Gale or Colombo Fort, and from Fort one can go any where in the country. Important to note; we are registered with the Sri Lankan Tourism Development Board. Obviously we all should consider our neighbours and keep the noice down after 11.30pm. Strictly no smoking in the bedrooms. Guests may smoke on the balconies where ash trays are provided.
