Cavallo Acres Homestead, Kyneton

Located on the Kyneton side of Lauriston, Cavallo Acres Homestead is a private BnB on a few acres, set within a larger equestrian property. The homestead features four bedrooms and large open plan living with several acres of surrounding garden/lawns. Situated just 5 min drive from Kyneton, the property is perfect to either settle in and enjoy a relaxing retreat or use as a base to explore the local tourist sites, wineries and shopping/dining. The open plan living area features large lounge, dining and kitchen. The main bathroom boasts a dual rain shower and a full-sized bathtub. The ensuite off the King bedroom includes a toilet shower and sink. The house also has a laundry with washing machine. The four bedrooms include a King room with ensuite, two queen rooms and two single beds in a fourth room. One queen room is joined to the single beds room by an archway however a privacy screen is provided to separate the rooms when required. For comfort all-year round, there is a split system for cooling/heating and all beds have electric blankets. Gardens surround the front of the house while the backyard is a large open lawn area. An 8 seated outdoor setting brings the two spaces together with a gas BBQ is provided on the veranda. We like to greet our guests on check in however self-check in is available if preferred. Your hosts also live on the property (separate and out of sight from the homestead) and are available if required. As the property is a working farm, the main driveway is shared however we respect the privacy of our guests and keep use to a minimum when guests are on site.
