After a temporary closure due to coronavirus, we are delighted to confirm that our accommodation has reopened and we look forward to welcoming you back! We're now using the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) standards to clean and disinfect our property. We will make sure your stay with us is not only relaxing, but as safe as possible. You'll feel right at home when you step into this spacious and spotlessly clean home, perfectly located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious and contains everything you will need to make your stay in Bled very comfortable, including a brand new air-con. It's like home away from home, located in an exceedingly safe and very quiet street, but only 8-10 minute walk to the Bled's stunning lake and the town centre. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for 5 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms that contain king size beds, a very comfortable sofa bed, a large modern bathroom with a good shower, a well-stocked kitchen with everything a person needs for cooking and a dining table with four chairs. The apartment also has two sunny balconies with beautiful views of the Bled Castle and the mountains of Slovenian Alps. The apartment is classified with 4 stars by the Slovenian Tourist Board, which is the highest amount that can be awarded to a holiday apartment in Slovenia. We have always taken great pride in delivering the highest standards in cleanliness and hygiene and we are very proud of our PERFECT 5.0 out of 5 cleanliness score. But cleanliness is even more critical during this time. We're now using the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) standards to clean and disinfect our property. These are the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our guests: – We make the apartment unavailable for at least one day between guests and all the windows are open the whole day to let in the fresh air. – All frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door handles, cabinet handles, electric sockets, faucets, sinks and tables will be disinfected before you check in. – Remote controls for TV and A/C will also be disinfected and placed in a sealed plastic bag ready for your use. – All kitchen cloths provided will be brand new. – All crockery, cutlery and cookware will be fully checked for cleanliness and re-washed if necessary. – As standard, the bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected but particular attention will be taken to areas such as toilet seats. – Vacuum cleaner bags will be changed after each clean. – All keys will be sanitised before every arrival. – All part-used toilet roll and kitchen roll will be removed after every holiday departure. – Bed throws, spare blankets and decorative soft furnishings will be removed from the apartment. – We'll not enter the apartment unless requested during your stay. Key Info: – The apartment is large and very spacious, it has a surface of 60 square meters (645 square feet) and is set on the first floor of a beautiful house. – A great location in a very safe and quiet street, but only 8-10 minute walk to Lake Bled and the town centre. – You'll get the whole apartment to yourself and have access to the shared garden. – The whole property is very well kept and everything is super clean and up to date. – High quality air-con which is very important in summer as the weather in June, July and August can be very hot. – There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, both with comfortable king-size beds (180 cm × 200 cm) with a quality mattress and 100% cotton linens. - Well stocked kitchen with ceramic glass electric cooktop with 2 hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and more. – Two large balconies with nice views. – Large, well lit, functional, and modern bathroom with a good shower and bidet. – Flat-screen TV with 130+ digital channels (including several very popular channels in English and German language). – Free Wi-Fi was upgraded in September 2018 and now works excellent everywhere in the apartment and even outside in the garden. – Free private parking is available in front of the house. – We’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door handles, cabinet handles, electric sockets, faucets, sinks and tables. Bedroom 1 The first bedroom is large (20 square meters) and includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a quality mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with lamps, a large closet with ample storage for clothing, a very comfortable three-seater-sofa and a coffee table. It’s bright and appointed with hardwood floors and there’s also a doorway to the balcony. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is 15 square meters large and includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a quality mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with lamps, a large closet with ample storage for clothing, two armchairs and a coffee table. It’s appointed with hardwood floors and there’s also a doorway to the balcony. Kitchen & dining area The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need while away from home, including a ceramic glass electric cooktop with 2 hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and cutlery – all clean and ready for use. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden dining table and four chairs. There's also a two-seater-sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with 130+ digital channels (including several very popular channels in English and German language). There’s also a doorway to the balcony. Bathroom The bathroom comes complete with a glass shower stall, a large washbasin with mirror cabinet and vanity mirror and a toilet and bidet. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and bath/shower towels are provided. Balcony 1 The apartment has two balconies. The first balcony is west facing and has nice views of the Bled Castle and the mountains of the Slovenian Alps. Balcony 2 The second balcony is south facing and has nice views of the garden below it. Outside & Garden The property and the grounds are well kept with a beautiful garden. Bottom line: The main advantages of the apartment are its size and spaciousness, 2 large balconies with mountain views, beautiful and quiet location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, very comfortable beds with quality mattresses and 100% cotton linens, fast WiFi, A/C, and free private parking.
