Minutes away to the Port Jeff Village shops&restaurants/Ferry/LIRR, hospitals, & Stony Brook. Small beaches 10-15min drive, large beaches,Shop Outlets & Wineries 25 -60 minute drive. NYC less than 90 min. Attached to our home but very private and spacious 700 sq. feet apt. There are large windows and sky lights in the bathroom and kitchen which provide lots of natural light. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove/oven and a new refrigerator. Everything needed for cooking and eating is supplied including Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Kitchen door access to patio with a table and Weber Gas Grill provided just for guests use. Guests can also use basketball court in backyard. A/C in warmer months. Large Washer/Dryer, for guest use only, concealed in closet in living room. All linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows and paper goods ( tissue, paper towels) are provided. Designated parking spot in driveway. Easy check-in with Electronic Keypad Private Entry into apartment is located on left side of home (when facing front of home). The entire apartment is private. We give guests complete privacy but are available at all times for any questions or concerns. Beautiful tree lined street with sidewalks in lovely residential area located in Historic Terryville. Very safe area. Minutes away from LIRR train station. Bus stop located on corner by home with transport to Smithaven Mall, Stony Brook University and Hospital and additional surrounding areas. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IN APT. and NO PETS allowed. Cigarette smoking allowed outside on patio. There is a fee of $25 per night for each additional guest (after 4) . Maximum guests allowed is 6. Early check in or late check out MUST be requested in advance and may incur an additional charge. Bath towels provided; please bring beach towels during summer months if needed. Please do not use the towels for make-up removal.
