Easy access to I-270. 5 mi from Easton Town Center (Easton, Columbus, OH); 10 mi from Polaris; 2 mi from Hoover Reservoir Park-jogging, walking, hiking & biking paths; 16 mi from downtown Columbus; 14 mi from the Airport, Ohio Expo Center & fairgrounds. Restaurants, coffee shops & grocery within 1 mi. Quiet dead end street in Sunbury Woods development, Westerville, Blendon Township. Please read the full listing and feel free to message me with any questions or concerns. You are encouraged to use the kitchen and other shared spaces in the main living area on the upper level. In addition, the deck and yard are always available for your use. The lower level has a guest room, half bath, office and laundry room. The lower level guest room and half bath are off limits to the host and the upper level guest(s) if the lower level is occupied. I will always let you know if a guest will be staying in the lower level during your stay. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. I appreciate your feedback as I want to make the space as welcoming and workable as possible for you and future guests. I work within a mile from my residence and therefore, am able to meet you at any time, if needed. The neighborhood is a proverbial suburb housing development, with one fantastic exception - you can be on the expressway in only two minutes with just one stop light. It's a commuters dream! The house is on a cul-de-sac with parking on both sides of the street. Columbus and the surrounding area is not known for its public transportation, unfortunately. Consequently, there is no public transportation within walking distance from the house. I anticipate that anyone staying in the Columbus and surrounding areas will have private transportation. If not, I suggest using UBER. Kroger, Dollar Tree and limited restaurants are within walking distance (less than a mile). 1) If you do not provide a picture on AIRBNB, I reserve the right to check your ID upon your arrival. I apologize for this requirement, however, I need to be certain that the person staying with me is, in fact, the person who did the booking. 2) I have another AIRBNB space on the lower level. If there is a guest(s) in that area, the half bath is off limits, unfortunately, because it is within this guest space. I will let you know if a guest will be occupying the lower level during your stay. The full bath with shower is on the upper level and is available for your use at any time. 3) Because of the pandemic, I am working between the off-site office and my dining room so my dining room is a HOT mess. Please ignore it! As of mid-October, I am in the process of transitioning back to the off-site office for most of the day. The dining room table is quite large and if you need to use it for any reason (eating, working, electronic gaming, etc), it is available to you.
