The penthouse is located in the Skinner Lane development, one of the newest residential projects in Leeds. It’s in a desirable location because of its close proximity to pretty much everything Leeds has to offer. For those here to work, you will find accessing the offices and other businesses in the area is really easy from here. But if leisure is more your reason for visiting this part of Yorkshire, then having the Trinity Shopping Centre nearby has to be a bonus. So too the O2 Academy, Grand Theatre and Opera House if you’re planning to catch a performance at any of those. While sports fans will be pleased to know that Headingley and Elland Road are just a short journey away. Having a private parking space on-site means car owners will enjoy the peace of mind of knowing they don’t have to worry about finding a space whenever they get back after going out. It makes exploring the area by car really easy. (There is a 2 metre height limit, but street parking is available and nearby carpark alternatives). It’s not a problem if you don’t have a car. The Skinner Lane area is well served by Leeds bus services. And the train station is close by too, so if that’s where you’re arriving into, you won’t have far to go. Check-in time is 3:30PM - 8PM Check out by 10:30AM Bag Drop Offs When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone form your party is in the property unless a absolute emergency. Early Check Ins/Outs We do not facilitate early check ins or late check outs.
