Stylish Studio Apartment with Lake View (WTO, UN)

The studio apartment is well located (opposite a park, near the lake and close to many international organizations) and offers a great view of the park, the lake and the Alps. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for leisure, work or study (fast wireless and work table). The apartment is ideally suited for business travelers, diplomats and civil servants working for the UN but is also well suited for students or travelers wishing to spend a comfortable and carefree stay in Geneva. The view of the apartment windows is unique, providing views of the park, lake and Alps (with good weather including the Mont Blanc). Guest have access to the entire studio exclusively for their own use (the studio is not shared with anyone else). I am living in the same building (just downstairs) and available for any questions. In terms of the elevator, please note that the elevator is available from the ground floor (no steps to elevator) to the fifth floor. From there, it is one floor of stairs to the studio apartment, located on the sixth floor. I am gladly available to help carry up baggage from the fifth to the sixth floor. The apartment is located opposite parks and near the lake (2 minutes walking through the park). With nice weather, the nearby park and botanical gardens offer pleasant opportunities to unwind and are also excellent locations for jogging. In summer, various associations organize activities in the park, including dancing evenings and outdoor sports events. The location of the apartment is in the vicinity of many international organizations and also offices some multinationals corporations. The building is located very close to bus stop "Perle du Lac" of lines 1 and 25. The city center (main train station of Geneva) is 10 minutes away by bus (lines 1 and 25) or 15 minutes by walking. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away walking or can also be conveniently be reached by bus in 5 minutes. The most convenient way for shopping is to the take either buses 1 or 25 towards the city center to the stop "Navigation". Around the square of navigation, there is a Migros, Coop and Denner (as well as various smaller stores) for groceries. * Please note that there are construction works ongoing in the neighbouring building as of February 2022 and continueing for much of the year. The construction works are during workdays and not during weekends. Our guests have noted that the construction noise was generally rather manageable and not continuous, though noise was at times loud for short periods and works have occassionaly also started early on workdays.
