Zamalek is one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Cairo, with most embassies located here, it is home to most expats in Cairo and everything is within walking distance, with a state-of-the-art gym right across the street and the best restaurants and bars in town just a few steps away. Not only that, it's also an island, so you're surrounded by beautiful sights of the Nile in all directions. Everything you need is within walking distance but taxis are also easily available everywhere, in addition to plenty of Ubers available in the area at all times, and there is an underground station that is a ten-minute walk away. There is also a secure parking lot right opposite the building in case you decide to use a car. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a building that has 3 elevators and 24/7 security. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a laundry, a pharmacy, a hairdresser all within 2 minutes walk from the building. Additionally, there's a state of the art gym across the street that offers day passes and weekly memberships. I can provide an unlocked phone and/or an unlocked mifi (mobile wi-fi hotspot), just please let me know as early as possible if you need one, since I have a limited number of sets and I do have multiple listings, so they will be allocated on first-come-first-serve basis.
