Le Tilleul 3 bedroom Gite and On-site pool

Beautiful Gîte complex with three Gîtes in total, a shared swimming pool, large gardens and games room. Each gîte has a private patio area. Having been refurbished and tastefully decorated, this is a beautiful converted barn for guests to enjoy. We are ideally located in peaceful rural France, surrounded by Sunflower fields, within easy reach of great days out and places to go shopping. La Vigne has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a family bathroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen. This Gite is for 6 Persons maximum including children and babies. The Gite Le Tilleul has a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a wood burner. Our area is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing escape, but within easy reach of all shops, cafes, restaurants etc. We are centrally located for a massive selection of days out such as La Rochelle, La vallée des Singes or Futuroscope. Walking and Cycling are very popular around here, with amazing countryside and wildlife to explore from the many kms of tracks through the Sunflower fields. We have a selection of bicycles available for guests to use free of charge. The seasonal communal 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool is onsite for our guests to use. An indoor games room with darts, pool table, table tennis and table football, with a lounge area. Extensive gardens/wooded areas for games and relaxing, a boules court and a play area for the children with swings, slides etc. We live on the farm and are available if needed. We have lots of space for parking your vehicles. Please note we do not allow parties, extra visitors or events at our gites, and expect guests to be considerate with regard to noise in the evenings.
